Return & Refund Policy

At Silvery Arts, we aim to provide high-quality silver-plated products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return, refund, and exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-Defective Products

You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Defective/damaged claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items broken after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned without all accessories, tags, and invoice

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@silveryarts.com with your Order ID

  2. Share photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will review and approve your return request

  4. We will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back

  5. After quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

Refund Timeline:
3–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
You may request an exchange for:

  • A replacement of the same item (if defective), or

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies)

6. Return Shipping Charges
  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect products: No return shipping cost

  • Non-defective returns: Customer may need to bear reverse shipping charges (โ‚น80–โ‚น150 depending on location)

7. Packaging Requirements

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories, tags, and invoice

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
